Hi all.
I just wanted to write and thank you all at the hotel for the wonderful experience we had while staying with you.
From the moment we arrived (late in the evening) you all were so good with us. We checked in easily to a perfectly comfortable and spotlessly clean room. Being on holiday and Irish, we headed straight to Cyril’s bar. We were treated so well and so looked after by each member of staff. At breakfast we were very impressed with the range and quality of food and drinks available. Our room was tended to perfectly every day and our clothes were even folded and left tidy for us. We didn’t expect all the attention to detail. Every team member we spoke and chatted with were so friendly we really felt at home, even though we were over 9000 miles from home.
Our 9 nights at the Riverside Durban were nothing but fantastic.
We had my dad (70) with us and he had the holiday of a lifetime. Your hotel is not just a building it is a place of homeliness and welcome, where the best of memories are created. By the way I had the best lamb chops of my life at your restaurant.
I will always remember our stay a with the smile in my heart.
Thank you to each and every one of you for making our holiday such a fantastic experience. Next month you should all receive the MAD award as you all Made A Difference.
