If you do not wish to be disturbed, please indicate this by hanging the “Please let me relax” sign outside your door. Please note that if this sign is displayed on your door, your room will not be serviced until the sign has been removed. Please inform Reception should you not wish to receive telephone calls.
A First Aid Kit is available at Reception for minor ailments and injuries. Should you require the services of a chemist, doctor or dentist, please contact reception.
The electrical supply in our rooms is 240V.For your convenience an International multi-plug is installed at the writing desk.
You are strongly advised to take note of the emergency instructions and evacuation procedures located behind your bedroom door. Should you discover a fire, please contact Reception, vacate your room immediately and proceed directly the assembly point.
In the event of a power failure, the Hotel is equipped with a generator to provide emergency lighting and essential services.
Please remember to keep your Guest Card safe and with you all times. Please remember that you may be asked to show your guest card when charging items to your room.

High speed wireless internet is available throughout the Hotel.
It is specifically recorded that linen in the hotel rooms shall not be removed from the rooms. Residents shall be held liable for such losses. Pool towels are available at reception if required.
Laundry bags and lists are provided in your room. We offer a same-day laundry service. Please contact Housekeeping or Reception to collect your laundry. Please place the laundry bag in your room with the pre-list completed before 09h00 for collection.
Arrangements can be made with Reception for the temporary storage of luggage. Please contact Reception if you need your luggage to be collected and stored. Please note we cannot accept any responsibility for loss or damage of property.
MAIL AND MESSAGES
Reception can post outgoing mail and packages on your behalf. Incoming mail and messages will be sent to your room. Faxes can also be sent and received at a charge.
Great care is taken to ensure your room is in good working order. Should you however experience any problems, please contact Reception and we will endeavour to have the issue dealt with as quickly as possible.
Should you require your mini bar to be stocked please contact Riverside Café or Reception and they will gladly assist. Additional charges may apply.
POOL AREA AND TOWELS
All guests are welcome to utilise our pool area. Please note that children under 12 years of age are to be accompanied by an Adult at all times. Pool towels are available at Reception.
Please do not use bathroom towels in the pool area or at the Beach.
Deposits are required for pool towels.
Please contact the Restaurant on 2905 for a reservation. The Restaurant is open for breakfast from 06h30 to 10h30 every morning. Lunch is served from 12h00 to 15h00 and Dinner is served from 18h00 to 22h30.
Room service is available from 11h00 until 22h30 daily. Room service breakfast is not available. A room service menu can be located in the directory of services. A R20.00 tray charge is applicable.
SAFETY DEPOSIT BOXES
We regret that we cannot accept responsibility for the loss of valuables left in the Guests rooms. Please ensure that valuables are locked away in the safe provided in your room.
The bedroom doors in the Hotel are self-locking. Please ensure you have your Guest card and that the door is properly locked when leaving your Hotel room.
