Recently, I forgot my wallet at the front desk, and Zanele went out of her way to contact me. My phone was not working, she showed strong problem solving skills and got hold of me. This shows me that she has compassion and loves her work. This small act of kindness demonstrated her dedication to her job and to serving Riverside Hotel guests.
Additionally, I want to acknowledge the cleaning staff for their positive, friendly demeanor and high work standards, especially Happiness.
